Payments & Financing
Our practice accepts payments in the form of cash, checks, debit cards, and most major credit cards. In addition, we accept financing through CareCredit and LendingClub. Insurance
Our office accepts most PPO and HMO insurance policies. With insurance, most preventative services are covered by your plan policy to the fullest extent with no balance due; other treatments are partially covered with a minimal co-payment.
